Our chilli dukkah – the hot one.
Blended sesame & almonds, balanced well with cayenne, fennel, paprika & a good splash of chilli to give it heat that gradually builds.
Dip with bread and oil and serve with cold drinks – it’s good and it’s hot.
Also brilliant sprinkled onto soups, salmon or steak, it is a favorite of ours mixed with natural yoghurt and used to marinate meat skewers for the BBQ.
